Halifax 110-90 Moncton

The Halifax Hurricanes walked over the Moncton Miracles on Thursday night, taking down their Atlantic Divison rivals 110-90 at Scotiabank Centre.

The Hurricanes rode a blistering 49 percent field goal percentage to extend their winning streak to four games.

Kyle Hunt led the Hurricanes and the game with 24 points and 11 rebounds.

Halifax will head to Saint John to tangle with the Mill Rats on Saturday. The Storm will host Moncton.

Orangeville 125-116 Niagara 

The Orangeville A's won a high-flying battle against Niagara on Thursday when they took down the River Lions 125-116 at the Meridian Centre.

The A's outlasted the River Lions, outscoring their opponents 71-62 in the second half largely in part to an impressive performance from their bench, which put up 62 points in the game.

BJ Monterio led the game with 22 points and 11 assists in the loss.

Orangeville will host Windsor on Friday. Niagara will play in Orangeville on Friday.
